2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions regulate the promotion “La Zona ArmorAll”, organized by Energizer (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
By participating, consumers fully accept the provisions contained herein.
Penta Marketing (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator) will be responsible for the execution and management of the promotion.
The promotion is open exclusively to residents of Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, Costa Rica, and Puerto Rico, aged 18 or older.
Employees of the Organizer, the Administrator, and anyone professionally related to this promotion are not eligible to participate.

3. PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS

All Armor All® products available at authorized retail locations during the promotion period are eligible to participate.

4. INSTRUCTIONS TO PARTICIPATE

4.1 Digital Mechanics

1. Purchase any Armor All® product during the promotion period.
2. Visit www.zonarmorall.com
3. Complete the form with your personal information and upload an image of your purchase receipt.
4. Participate in the “Armor All Clean and Win” challenge by correctly using Armor All products in a practical activity.
5. The faster and more accurately you complete the challenge, the better your chances to win.
6. Participants with the best performance will be awarded the prizes described below.

4.2 In-Store (POS) Mechanics

1. At participating retail locations, the “La Zona Armor All” experience will be set up – a branded space designed for visitors to learn about Armor All products, their proper use, and the prizes available.
2. Visitors will be able to explore the product display, take photos in the themed photobooth, and enjoy an immersive brand visibility experience.
3. No competition or skill-based challenge will take place in-store; the objective is product visibility and brand engagement.

5. PRIZES AND DELIVERY

5.1 Prizes

The prizes for the “La Zona Armor All” promotion are as follows:

1. First Place: Full professional detailing experience for the winner’s vehicle.
2. Second Place: TV.
3. Third Place: Dashcam (vehicle camera).

5.2 Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The Organizer reserves the right to replace any prize with another of equal or greater value if required.
• Prizes will be delivered within 30 business days following the winner’s confirmation.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE DELIVERY

Winners will be selected based on their performance in the “Armor All Clean and Win” challenge, considering both speed and accuracy.
The Administrator will contact winners using the details provided at registration.
Winners must present valid identification and a valid purchase receipt.
If a participant does not meet the requirements, the next eligible participant will be selected.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND DISQUALIFICATION

The Organizer and the Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any person who:

• Fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Participates fraudulently or provides false information.
• Manipulates the registration process or the results of the activity.

The Organizer may modify or cancel the promotion in the event of force majeure, fraud, or circumstances beyond its control.

8. REQUIREMENTS TO CLAIM THE PRIZE

To claim the prize, participants must:

• Comply with all the conditions established in this promotion.
• Present valid identification and proof of purchase.
• Fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

9. DATA PROTECTION AND IMAGE RIGHTS

Participants authorize the Organizer and Administrator to use their name, image, and/or voice in promotional materials related to this campaign without additional compensation.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with data protection laws in each participating country.

10. ORGANIZER’S RESPONSIBILITY

The Organizer and the Administrator are not responsible for:

• Technical issues or interruptions in the digital platform.
• Delays or errors in data transmission.
• Any damages or losses resulting from the use of the prizes.

Continuous and uninterrupted access to the platform is not guaranteed.

11. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE PROMOTION

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time if deemed necessary due to force majeure, technical reasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
Any modification will be communicated through the brand’s official channels.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Participation in “La Zona Armor All” implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Failure to comply with any provision will result in disqualification without the right to claim.

13. FINAL DECISIONS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All decisions made by the Organizer are final and binding.
Any dispute arising in connection with this promotion shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the participant’s country of residence.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All trademarks, trade names, logos, and other distinctive signs used in this promotion are the property of their respective owners.
Participation in this promotion does not grant any right to use them.
